What To Expect On Pickup Day
Meet the Foreman
When our crew arrives on your moving day, the first person you'll meet is the pickup foreman. He is there to direct your move so that everything goes smoothly and to help with any questions or concerns you have during the pickup process.
The foreman will conduct a walkthrough of your home with you to find out if you have any special directions or needs, such as any items that need special attention, are extremely fragile, or may need disassembly, etc. It's also a good time to let him know about any items that you are leaving behind and our crew won't need to pack or move.
Crew Wrapping & Packing
Once the foreman has done with the final walkthrough of your home, our crew will begin to wrap and crate any items that might need protection and were not protected by you in advance. We have years of experience in this, so rest assured that we respect your belongings and will handle them with care.
Inventory & Loading
Before loading, each item is numbered, color coded, and added to the foreman's detailed inventory list. Once the list is complete and your items loaded, he will review the inventory list with you to make sure everything is accounted for.

Keeping You Informed from Start to Finish
Once your shipment leaves the city of origin, we will provide you with daily updates on your shipment location via email (Monday thru Friday). 24 to 48 hours before arrival, our dispatch office will contact you to arrange a date and time for your items to be delivered.
What To Expect On Delivery Day
Meet the Foreman
On delivery day, you'll meet your delivery foreman who will do a walkthrough of your house to see where you would like our crew to place specific items.
Our crew will then unload and place your items as requested. If needed, we will reassemble items that were disassembled by our crew at the city of origin (based on our reassembly policy).
Our foreman will then provide you with a copy of the inventory list so you can double check and make sure all items that were picked up originally are now being delivered.
