Your balance is due upon delivery, and must be paid in full prior to unloading of shipment.

11. Should I tip my movers?
You are not obligated to give a tip, although it is customary within the moving industry and is much appreciated. If you choose to tip, it is best to hand it to each mover personally. Amounts range from $20 - $50 each, depending on your appreciation of the person's work quality and move size. (Keep in mind you have 2 separate crews, one at pick up and one at delivery.) Under no circumstances should you feel that you are being pressured to give a tip. If you sense the slightest pressure coming from any crew member, please contact us immediately.

12. Can someone else pay for my move?
Yes, but in order to do so, the original cardholder need to sign a "credit card authorization" form prior to your pick up/delivery.

13. Can I use a different credit/debit card other than my own?
Yes, but in order to do so, the original cardholder need to sign a "credit card authorization" form prior to your pick up/delivery.

14. My box count has changed since I received and signed my initial estimate. Do I have to pay the same amount as my initial estimate shows?
No. Eventually, you only pay for the actual items we pick up on move day. The estimate is based on the items you have listed at the time of reserving. You can, and should update your inventory list as many times as you need, until it reflects your actual inventory.

15. Why volume is better than weight as a move pricing method?
A. When given an estimate, volume can be seen by the eye and be measured on the spot, you simply see the furniture, but weight cannot be seen and measured on the spot. B. All estimates are done in volume because this is the most accurate way to estimate - the weight based quotes multiply the volume by 7 to provide a price. C. Volume based quote are finalized at pick up - weight based quotes can be weighed (and re-weighted) even at delivery end. D. In general if client has lots of small and heavy items the CF system will be better. E. Client has more control of final price by condensing, disassembling and packing - the volume will decrease but the weight will stay the same. F. Regardless of the system - always be sure to get an accurate list of items, our quote guarantees a not to exceed amount for that list. (removing any concern of increase in volume or in weight).
