Highly Important: If you choose to pack on your own, it is CRUCIAL that you will watch our Packing Guide Videos below, and also read the "Packing Essentials!" list on our Packing page. Neglecting to do so may determine the difference between the success and failure of your move!

A Wardrobe Box can be used for two purposes:

Purpose 1 - Hanging clothes, suits and dresses. Box bottom can be used for shoes, bags and other smaller, lighter objects.

Purpose 2 - Packing odd shaped items like big plastic toys, guitars, keyboards, stuffed animals, sporting goods, large pillows and such.

Strongly secure box bottom.

Fix Aluminium hanger in place.

Place small, light items on box bottom.

Hang clothes on wardrobe hanger.

Secure hanger sides with tape.

Fill empty spaces with bubble wrap or packing paper.

Some items are not permitted to be moved. Your moving company can provide you with a list of non-allowable items.

Do Not Pack

• Fire arms
• Ammunition
• Fertilizer
• Car batteries

Do Not Pack - Liquids & Flammables

• Liquid cleaning supplies
• Propane tanks
• Gas tanks
• Aerosols
• Cleaning Solvents
• Paints

Do Not Pack - Heavy

• Boxes should not be too heavy for one man to maneuver, or exceed 50lbs in weight. Pack any heavy articles such as sporting equipment, books in smaller boxes.
  Use large boxes for lighter items such as: linens, bedding, clothing etc.
