1. How far in advance should I schedule my move?
You should give yourself at least 30 days in advance to book your move date. This will allow you to pick the day and time that works best for you. Keep in mind that the last week of the month fills up quickly, as for the rest of the month, usually 2 weeks in advance is sufficient. However, even if it’s a last minute relocation, don’t hesitate to contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

2. Are you open seven days a week?
No. We are open Monday through Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and major holidays.

3. How long will it take for my items to arrive?
If you are ready for immediate delivery, we guarantee your shipment to arrive within 5 to 15 calendar days. Should you be interested, and based on availability, we also offer a "guaranteed delivery date" service, allowing you to choose a specific delivery date. Please ask your representative for more details.

4. Can I change my move date after I make a reservation? Is there a fee involved?
Yes & No. Yes, you can change your move date as long as there is availability. No, there is no additional fee or penalty involved.
