LOCAL MOVE – the customer moves to a new residence within 100 miles of their current address. The cost of this move is based on an hourly fee for 2 moving professionals and a truck, which would be able to complete a move involving a 1 to 3-bedroom house. There would also be an additional per-hour fee for each mover. More than 2 movers may be needed if the customers reside in a unit above the ground floor or for larger houses (more than 3 rooms).

INTRASTATE MOVE – the customer moves to a new residence 100 miles farther than their current address but still inside the state of California. The cost of this move is based on the total weight of the shipment and the distance travelled. Factors like stairways, elevators, and long carries may add to the final cost.

INTERSTATE MOVE – the customer moves to another state within the continental US. The cost of this move is calculated the same as intrastate moves, taking the shipment’s weight and the miles travelled into account. Western Relocations, Inc. uses air-ride trucks to guarantee safe and smooth cross country moving.

INTERNATIONAL MOVE – the customer moves overseas or outside the Continental US. Moves to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico are considered international moves.

De-Clutter Program

This program offers free storage for up to 3 months so household items are kept in Western Relocations’ vault storage instead of the customer’s garage. All the items stored in their warehouse have full insurance coverage. The company also provides professional and industry standard packing materials and supplies. Customers have the option to do their own packing or take advantage of Western Relocations’ expert packing and wrapping services.
