Guaranteed pickup or delivery service is a premium service, allowing you to set the precise date for your pickup, delivery, or both. This service is provided by moving companies to customers upon request. And it is often subject to minimum weight requirements.

If you request for this service, your mover will guarantee pickup or delivery on the specific dates you request. Reimbursement is offered in case of delays.

Gross weight
Gross weight is a term used to describe the total weight of the moving truck and its contents after all household goods are loaded.
